Once you have spent time with the concepts explained above, you could venture into the MENU below.  Please notice that these MENU designs include Foundation, Intermediate AND Advanced compositions. Intermediate AND Advanced compositions DO have higher levels of neurological demand.  This is no joke so please respect them and do not jump into them unless they are comfortable. You can use all three elements in sequence (a, b, c) OR only two elements (a, c) or (b, c).  The sequencing makes a difference and is a principle you will learn more about in LEVEL TWO NL Learning (it is called the “vector”).

Crystal Concentration - NL Experience Program Design

In the Neuro Light, we work with "vectors". A "vector" is when you move step by step along a sequence of sessions with a target or goal in mind.  Although it may not be obvious, the "vector" is used even within all the Compositions themselves.  The idea of "creating a vector" applies to not only the sequence of NL Compositions within a single session.  The same vector principle can be effectively applied to a series of NL sessions taking place over a number of days.  Here is an NL Experience Full Multi-Day Program Design called CRYSTAL CONCENTRATION.  Enjoy.  Allow 5 to 10 minutes between 11 minute Compositions.  This Crystal Concentration NL Program assumes an adequate level of Neuroplastic Capacity. If Neuroplastic Capacity is insufficient, perform an appropriate BRAIN GYM Neuroplastic Capacity Training as the first step and do NOT perform the listed step #3 Composition. Advise use of the Nasal Light Stimulation during the Program sessions (30 minutes at medium power).  Adjust Light Intensity to comfort level.
